All our caregivers are carefully screened using a Nationwide Criminal Background Check, DMV Check, Sex Offender Database Check and Reference Check, following the client safety guidelines established by the Aquire/Medefacto training. We also verify Caregivers have current TB testing, CPR Training, and First Aid Training. Sweet Home California employees are covered by personal & property damage insurance, as well as Worker’s Compensation benefits.
All caregivers and staff participate in continuous online training courses and must complete each certification to continue employment with SHC.
